How far in advance should I book? We recommend that you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
Do you require a deposit for my booking? A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking and the balance must be received forty-five (45) days before your tour or holiday departure date.
If the total amount due is less than £100, payment in full is required at time of booking.
If your booking is made less than forty-five (45) days before your tour or holiday departure date, payment in full is required to secure your booking.
What forms of payment do you accept? Payment can be made by cheque drawn on UK bank account, Swift transfer, MasterCard, Domestic Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, and JCB. We do not accept American Express.

Payment by credit card shall incur a service charge of two (2%) percent. Cheques cannot be accepted for bookings made less than fourteen (14) days before your tour or holiday departure date.
What is your cancellation policy? All cancellations must be submitted to us in writing. The effective date of cancellation shall be the date upon which we receive such notification.

Refunds will not be given for any cancellation fees charged by a third party service provider as a result of your cancellation. You shall be responsible for payment thereof. These cancellation fees shall be in addition to any cancellation fees levied by us.
Do I need travel insurance? We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
